On the WW you have the freedom to enjoy over 200 go-to foods called zero Points foods. These foods have a SmartPoints value of 0 which means there's no need to track them.
You can reach for them as snacks or add them to your breakfast, lunch or dinner to keep you feeling fuller for longer. As well as most fruits and vegetables, the list includes skinless salmon, skinless chicken breast and eggs!
