Toasting a sandwich always makes it tastes better and that is exactly what happens with this one. Pork, cheese, gherkins and mustard muddle together between crispy rye to create the best ever lunch-time sandwich.


Ingredients
Mustard
1½ tbs, American
Pulled pork
50 g
97% fat-free deli sliced ham
56 g, (2 x 26g slices)
Pickled gherkin, drained
4 individual, sliced
Gruyere cheese
50 g, shaved
Rye sourdough bread roll
340 g, (4 x 85g)

Preheat a sandwich press.

Split bread rolls with a serrated knife. Spread inside with mustard. Fill with pork, ham, gherkins and gruyère. Cook in sandwich press for 2-3 minutes or until toasted.
