- 80 g natural muesli
- 300 g Nestle Soleil Yoghurt, Vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup(s) Frozen berries, thawed, (200g)
Spoon half the muesli into the base of 2 glasses. Top each with half a tub of yogurt and one-quarter of the berries. Repeat with remaining muesli, yogurt and berries. Serve trifles with long spoons.
- TIP: You can use fresh berries for this recipe when they are in season. Or substitute 1 banana or 125g strawberries and 2 tablespoons dried currants for the mixed berries. Berries have a short growing season and a limited shelf-life so it’s always handy to have a packet of frozen berries in the freezer for smoothies or baking.
