Artichoke pizza

Top pita bread with artichokes and baby bocconcini cheese for your very own personal pizza


Ingredients
Wholemeal pita bread
1 large, (70g)
Herb and garlic tomato paste
1½ tbs
Dried chilli flakes
2 g, (pinch)
Artichoke hearts, canned, rinsed, drained
3 whole, (90g), sliced
Red capsicum
¼ medium, sliced
Bocconcini
3 baby, (30g), thinly sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C. Place a baking tray in the oven. Spread the pita bread with the tomato paste and sprinkle with the chilli. Top with the artichoke, capsicum and bocconcini.

Carefully place the pizza on the heated baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until the base is crisp and the cheese has melted.
