Master the Weekend
Do you find yourself on track during the week, only for things to unravel over the weekend? We hear you and we've got the solution! Join our Friday workshop where our expert Coaches will help you set a plan for success on the weekend.

Come together with other kiwi members to share your tips, tricks, and ideas. This peer group will give you a weekly dose of inspiration and motivation so you can achieve your goals!

Women with Menopause
Join women at a similar stage in life who really understand what you're going through! Learn how to make the program work for you with the help of our Coaches and other members.

Over 50 and fabulous
Share your experience with other members who are over 50. Connect with members at a similar stage in life who will encourage and support you to achieve your goals.

Want to lose 25kg or more? This is the group for you! Feel supported to share your challenges and achievements with members who have a similar weight-loss goal.

Existing Workshop + Digital Members
- On desktop computer: Log into your account and navigate to 'Find a Workshop', then follow the link to 'Virtual Workshops'.
- On your phone: Log into the WW app, navigate to Connect and join the ‘Virtual Workshop Info Hub’. You will find all session times and access links in that group to join the Workshop that best suits your schedule.

If you are not a Workshop + Digital Member
- Sign up to become a Workshop + Digital member. Then, download the WW App.
- Choose which Peer Group Workshop you want to attend by checking the schedule above.
- Join the ‘Peer group info hub’, a new group on Connect in the WW app. From here, you can use the access link stored in the post to dial in virtually at the relevant workshop time.
