How does it work?
On the No Count option you choose from an extensive and carefully selected list of delicious foods, and you don't have to weigh, measure or count any of them.
You'll also receive a weekly points allowance to spend on treats (like chocolate or wine!). Because life is for living and there's no need to miss out when you're losing weight.
There is a huge variety of No Count recipes and meal ideas for you to discover. Lean meats, seafood, low-fat dairy, legumes, wholegrains and fruit and vegetables are all included. Search online or via the app.
