“What features make myWW+ different and personalized to me?”

While we've always offered personalised SmartPoints Budgets based on age, weight, height, and sex, now there are three unique ways to follow the program. We also have a new in-depth assessment that gets to know how you eat, move, sleep, and think to help match you to a plan. You'll get personalised content based on the areas where you want the most support, as well as recipes, meal plans, and customised tips geared specifically for your plan. It's all about keeping myWW+ flexible, because that's what will make it liveable for you.


“Can pregnant people join WW?”

WW’s program is not designed for pregnant members, and WW does not allow pregnant people to join. If you’re already a member and become pregnant, it’s recommended that you cancel your WW membership. WW will be here for you following your pregnancy—when you and your healthcare provider agree that you’re ready to rejoin. We'd be thrilled to help you build healthy habits for yourself and your family. We even have a specially-calibrated SmartPoints Budget formulated just for the nutritional needs of nursing mums!


“How will my SmartPoints Budget be adjusted if I'm breastfeeding?”

The myWW+ program is suitable for breastfeeding mums who feel ready to begin their journey. A healthy rate of weight loss during nursing is an average of no more than 2 kg per month. Losing more than this could affect milk quality or quantity. The daily SmartPoints Budget depends on your plan and your breastfeeding status and will be adapted automatically in your app once you have adjusted your settings.
