Notes

Place 1 small (100g) potato (cut into wedges) on a baking tray. Lightly spray with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in oven preheated to 220°C or 200°C fan-forced until golden and tender. Preheat a chargrill lightly sprayed with oil. Cook 150g lean scotch fillet steak to your liking. Top steak with 1 tsp softened butter and a little Mediterranean seasoning. Serve with chips, mixed salad leaves and Lebanese cucumber (cut into ribbons).
