Chargrill chicken breast tossed in a little olive oil, paprika, lemon zest and garlic. Slice and combine with cooked baby potatoes, halved cherry tomatoes, canned butter beans and oak lettuce. Sprinkle with fresh basil, chives and lemon zest. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil. Follow with a skim cappuccino.
