Common Questions about our Program:
How much weight can I expect to lose?
On our Program you can expect to lose between 500g to 1kg per week. That's the recommended safe rate of weight loss. You might have some good week and some bad weeks, but it's all part of the journey!
What foods will I eat?
There are no foods you have to eat and nothing is off limits. It's all about learning how to have a healthy relationship with food. We have gluten free, vegetarian, lactose free recipes. No matter how you like to eat, we've got options for you.
What exercise will do?
When you join, we'll give you a goal to work towards. As you get fitter, we'll reassess that goal so you're continually challenging your body. We have structured work outs you can follow, or workout your way with our Instant Workouts to match you mood, location or goals.
What happens when I reach my weight ?
Our support doesn't end! You'll become a lifetime member which means you can weight in once at Group Coaching to help you stay on track.
