Anything! No food or food group is off-limits. We’ll show you how to eat what you love while guiding you toward nutritious fruits, vegetables, and lean protein, plus provide personalised recipes for you.

WW has hundreds of meatless recipes that make a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle and weight loss totally possible—and better yet, delicious.
