Get into the summery spirit with these refreshing cocktails.

Watermelon & tequila slushie - Serves 6
Blend 6 cups chopped watermelon, 1 tsp lime zest, ¼ cup lime juice, ¼ cup tequila, and ice cubes until smooth. Divide among serving glasses and garnish each glass with a wedge of fresh watermelon.

Bloody Mary cocktail - Serves 4
Combine ¼ cup vodka, 2 cups tomato juice, 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp Tabasco sauce in a large jug. Pour the mixture into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with celery sticks and lemon wedges.

Iced lime margarita - Serves 4
Blend ¼ cup tequila, 1 cup orange juice, juice from 2 limes and 1 cup of ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Divide among serving glasses and garnish each with a slice of lime. Pineapple or mango juice works well, too.

Sea breeze - Serves 6
Combine ¼ cup vodka, 2 cups light cranberry juice and 2 cups pineapple juice in a large jug. Divide among serving glasses over ice and garnish each with a lime wedge.

Tropical cocktail - Serves 4
Blend 2 cups coconut water, 1 cup chopped frozen mango, 2 tsp coconut essence and ¼ cup vodka in a large jug. Divide among serving glasses and decorate with flowers and a straw.

Pomegranate lemonade cocktail - Serves 4
Combine 2 cups diet lemonade, 1 cup pomegranate juice and ¼ cup vodka in a large jug. Divide among serving glasses over ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
