How do I create a username?
You can sign up and create a username on our website. This username will let you post messages on the Message Boards. From the Weight Watchers homepage click on the ‘Are you a new user’ link. Then click on the ‘Sign up for free access to special Community features’, which will take you to the sign-up process.
How do I report a post?
The Weight Watchers Community is very popular and vibrant, and this means you'll find a variety of opinions and topics that directly or indirectly contribute to individual users' weight loss. If you feel a post violates our Community ground rules, please help by clicking the Report this post link next to the post.
We protect your privacy by keeping all submissions anonymous.
Reporting a post does not automatically result in its removal.
However, we do pledge to investigate each reported post thoroughly and take measures to assure the integrity of our Community.
How do I delete/edit a post?
Once you post a message or start a thread you cannot delete it. So please make sure you are happy with your message before you click, Send.
Preview your message and edit it before you send it. Just click the 'preview' link at the top right of the message box. If you are happy with your message, click 'Send'. If you wish to edit it prior to sending your message, click the 'Edit' link at the top right of the message box.
From time to time we may decide to pull a thread to help preserve the integrity of our topic, which is weight loss, in our Community.
How do I subscribe to Weight Watchers magazine?
To subscribe to Weight Watchers magazine using a credit card, you can order over the phone with the Weight Watchers Customer Service Team by calling 13 19 97 (AU) 0800 009 009 (NZ). Or you can order directly via our online shop. You can also purchase a magazine
subscription at your meeting using cash or a credit card.
Alternatively you can take up the mag subs offer advertised in the Weight Watchers magazine or go to magshop.com.au for both AU and NZ customers.
How long will it take for my first magazine to be delivered?
Once you purchase your magazine subscription you should receive an email or a letter to notify you of the delivery of your first issue. Please allow around 2 weeks to receive an email or letter and around 6 weeks to receive your first issue.
You will also receive a renewal notice with the final magazine Issue of your subscription, as a reminder if you wish to continue your magazine subscription with us.
I have registered for the Newsletter but am not receiving any, what can I do?
If you are not receiving our email newsletter, it is possible that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is viewing it as spam or you are using an anti-spam software program that blocks unwanted emails.
You may wish to check your Bulk Mail folder or speak with your ISP. If you are using anti-spam software, please make sure that your settings allow our email to get through.
To ensure you receive our email Newsletter, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book and list us as a ‘Safe sender.’
To double check that your email address is in our database access the Email control centre.
Enter your email address and click 'Submit'. If you are in the database you will be sent directly to the email control centre. If you are a Subscriber or free registered user, you will need to log in before you can gain access.
How do I change or update my email address for Newsletter distribution?
To update your email address for newsletter distribution, access the Email control centre.
Enter your Email address and click 'Submit'. If you are in our database you will be brought directly to the email control centre. If you are a Subscriber or a free registered user, you will need to log in before you can gain access.
How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?
If you have opted in to our email newsletter from the website or by signing up for a Subscriber or free registered user account and no longer wish to receive our e-mail Newsletters, access the Email control centre and unsubscribe.
Subscribers and free registered users are required to log in prior to gaining access. Enter the email address that you opted in with into the box provided and click 'Submit.' If you are prompted for a username and password, you will need your user information to continue.
After you access the email control centre, we give you the option to check or uncheck the types of e-mail Newsletters you wish to receive. Uncheck the Newsletter type(s) you do not want to receive or click the 'Uncheck all' button and click 'Submit.' You will then be asked to confirm your desire to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, click the 'Unsubscribe' button.
