WW is a liveable weight loss program
6. We love delicious, tasty food that fuels your body. Our WW recipes and packed with real ingredients that are simple to make.
7. Holistic is the name of the game at WW. As well as learning to eat well, we want you to have fun while getting active (it is possible – trust us!)
8. The WW program means you make your own choices about what to eat and how to move. There’s no fixed food plan (though we have plenty of ideas when you need them) and we won’t dictate when and how you exercise (but we have workouts online anytime you need a push in the right direction).
9. The WW program isn’t about handing you the rulebook and hoping for the best. We'll support you 24/7 online, via the app or in person at our WW Workshops. You'll be a part of our online community and get the support you need in a way that works for you.
10. If you drop weight quickly following the program, fantastic! We’ll help you celebrate (loudly!), but keeping it off, in the long run, is what we care about most. Reshaping your lifestyle with long-term sustainability in mind is our priority – quick fixes just aren’t our style.
Our Points system guides you towards making healthier choices
11. Points are an easy-to-use number assigned to every food so no complicated kilojoule counting is required. Instead, we make tracking as simple as possible (our app is perfect for this!) so you can make healthier choices become second nature.
12. You'll also get a custom list of ZeroPoint™ foods that you don't have to track or measure. This gives you total freedom in what you eat while guiding you towards healthier choices.
13. Declaring a ban on wine and chocolate is not what we're about. On our program, nothing is off the menu. Instead, we show you how to make Points work for you so you’ll lose kilos, not your lifestyle.
14. While you’ll receive a personalised Points Budget to spend how you like. We know you live in the real world where the unexpected pops up which is where your weeklies and rollovers come in handy! These extra Points can be used when you want, how you want.
15. In the WW app and on our member website, you’ll find 6,000+ healthy recipes with the Points included for each colour plan. You'll have access to endless ideas on what to eat and can easily determine which foods can fit into your Budget.
Exercise is up to you! We don't force you to follow a plan
16. One of the best ways to add Points is without even knowing it! Gardening, running around with the kids, even hitting the shops all count towards your weekly goal. We've got plenty of fitness ideas to get you moving.
17. Get a Points goal to strive for each week. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or very active.
18. Our Points formula for activity nudges you to add strength training (e.g. weight lifting, resistance training) and higher intensity activities (e.g. running, interval training) to your routine. You’ll still add Points for all activities, but you’ll add more with strength training and higher intensity activities than lower intensity activities.
19. Your activity Points goal is flexible. If you’re ready for a fitness challenge, you can up the ante at any time.
20. You can automatically track your added Points by activity by syncing your fitness device to the WW app.
WW Workshops are in person and virtual
21. Our WW Workshops are different every week. You’ll learn new ideas from your WW Coach and fellow members that you can apply to your week ahead. You'll leave inspired and motivated.
22. If you're an in person Workshop members, once you reach your goal weight and complete our 6-week maintenance program, you'll become a Lifetime Member so you can attend WW Physical Workshops for free! It's the ultimate way to maintain your weight and keep connected to the WW Community.
23. What you’ll discover at every single WW Workshop is that we’re all in this together. Hundreds of WW Workshops take place across Australia and NZ in person and virtual every week, bringing like-minded people together who want to make positive changes. You’ll quickly learn that weight loss is much easier when you’re surrounded by a room full of cheerleaders on the same journey.
24. WW Workshops are bringing back the fun, including cooking demonstrations and inspiring guest speakers.

27. Other than being able to talk about all things food, fitness, and wellness, our WW Coaches' number one role is to be your head cheerleader.
28. If you prefer to follow our program via our digital channel, you can chat with our WW Coaches 24/7 via Live Chat in our app or on the member website. No matter the time of day, they're ready to help you.
29. Our WW Coaches know when to speak and when to listen. Their job is to guide you along, not boss you about.

Our digital tools will help you keep track of your progress
31. When you join WW, you get access to your digital dashboard called 'My Day'. This is your program dashboard that shows you how many Points you've used and how many you have left, as well as how many Points you've added through activity.
32. Update your goal weight, view your weight-loss journey, and modify your ZeroPoint foods to suit you best.
33. Access over 6,000 recipes that have the Points worked out for you! Search and filter recipes by meal time or dietary preference. If you want to change the ingredients in any recipe, edit them and re-save them as your own so it's quick to track next time.
34. Get access to the Weekly topic right there in your app. This is the topic that is being discussed in Workshops that week.
35. Get access to guided meditations created straight from your app. Also get access to video workouts - it's like having a personal trainer in the palm of your hand.
