  •   10 cup(s) (cut into pieces) cooked cauliflower   
  • 1 cup(s) 4C Bread Crumbs Panko plain bread crumbs   
  •   4 large egg(s)   
  • 1 cup(s) Borden Shreds Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Mild   
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste   


  • This recipe makes a huge batch and freezes well. A serving is approx 5 tots. 1. cut up and boil 2 heads of cauliflower in salted water until soft 2. mash cauliflower with a potato masher - add eggs and cheese - then mix in bread crumbs and spices 3. portion into a non-stick mini-muffin pan (about 2 Tbsp ea) 4. bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 or until golden. 5. this makes enough for about 50-60 tots. *if you like an onion flavor you can add a finely diced onion :)
