  • 1/2 cup(s) panko breadcrumbs   
  • 1/2 cup(s) seasoned breadcrumbs   
  •   3 item(s) egg white(s)   
  • 1 tsp onion powder   
  • 1 tsp garlic powder   
  • 1 tsp table salt   
  • 1 tsp black pepper   
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper   
  • 5 spray(s) olive oil cooking spray   
  •   1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream   
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice   
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest   
  • 2 tsp wasabi powder   
  •   1 pound(s) uncooked string beans   


  • Pre-heat oven to 350. In a bowl combine spices, panko breadcrumbs and seasoned breadcrumbs. In another bowl dip the green beans in egg whites then dip in breadcrumb mixture. Lay beans in one layer on a cookie sheet and spray with olive oil spray. Cook 30 minutes, stirring once. Meanwhile, combine lemon juice, zest, wasabi powder and sour cream in a bowl. Yeilds about 1 cup beans and 2 tablespoons wasabi dip per serving.
