  • 1 cup(s) whole wheat flour   
  • 1/2 cup(s) Quaker Quick oats   
  • 1 cup(s) General Mills Fiber one honey clusters®, measure and then crush   
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda   
  • 1/2 tsp table salt   
  •   1/4 cup(s) Egg Beaters Egg substitute   
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, to taste   
  • 1/3 cup(s) SPLENDA® Brown sugar blend   
  •   2 container Weight Watchers Strawberry nonfat yogurt, (any fruit flavored yogurt will work fine)   
  • 1/4 serving(s) Parkay Spray Margarine   


  • Combine all ingredients and pour in muffin pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Nuts & raisins can be added but will increase the point value. Topping (optional): Regular splenda, cinnamon & oats - mix together and sprinkle on top before baking.
