  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil   
  • 1 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), finely chopped   
  • 1 tsp ginger root, finely chopped   
  •   2 medium uncooked scallion(s), chopped   
  •   1/2 pound(s) uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s), cut into pieces   
  •   1/2 large sweet red pepper(s), sliced thinly   
  •   1 large uncooked carrot(s), sliced thinly on the diagonal   
  •   1 cup(s) uncooked broccoli, florets   
  • 1 cup(s) canned chicken broth   
  •   1 cup(s) snow peas, strings and ends removed   
  • 7 oz Nasoya Chinese Style Noodles, cooked to al dente   


  • In a wok or large nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat and briefly saute garlic, ginger and scallions. Add chicken and stir-fry on high 2-4 minutes. Add all vegetables except snow peas. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add chicken stock and reduce for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and noodles. Cook approximately 6 minutes and serve hot.
