  • In a wok or large nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat and briefly saute garlic, ginger and scallions. Add chicken and stir-fry on high 2-4 minutes. Add all vegetables except snow peas. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add chicken stock and reduce for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and noodles. Cook approximately 6 minutes and serve hot.
