Citrusy Kale and Avocado Dip

Ingredient List

  • 1 cup Fat-free Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Nakano Citrus Flavored Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cups Kale, thinly shredded
  • 1 each Avocado, smashed
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Chives, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp Agave Nectar
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Black Pepper, ground (To taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
