10 Simple All Purpose Sauces
This selection of sauce recipes are designed to bring life to almost any meal: use them as dips and marinades, serve them with poultry, fish or meat, or spoon them over tofu and eggs.

Each sauce is made from pantry and refrigerator staples, some contain as few as 3 ingredients and most can be made in advance and refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Enjoy the wonderful flavors and remember, a great sauce doesn't have to be complicated: it can be as easy as adding horseradish to ketchup.
