Never heard of kefir? You're not alone. I had no clue about this creamy probiotic (similar to yogurt) until the good people at Lifeway sent me some. It was love at first bite! From fruity flavors (like Mango, Pomegranate, and Strawberry) to sweet indulgent ones (like Dulce de Leche, Chocolate, and Pumpkin), this stuff is worth seeking out. And the stats rock!
Each 1/2-cup serving has 90 calories, 1g fat, 18g carbs, 0g fiber, 4g protein, and a PointsPlus® value of 3.

What makes this cake so great? Individually wrapped, perfectly portioned slices! In Original and Double Chocolate, this find is a lifesaver if you have trouble stopping after just one slice of cake.
