Spiced Pork Tenderloin with Concord Grape Sauce

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean pork tenderloins
  • 1 cup Welch’s Light Concord Grape Juice Beverage
  • 1 tsp cornstarch stirred into 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

  1. Combine cinnamon, salt and pepper.
  2. Pat pork tenderloin dry and sprinkle with spices on all sides.
  3. Coat a large skillet with oil and set on stovetop set to medium high heat. Sear pork on all sides for 2 to 3 minutes, turning heat down if necessary.
  4. Finish cooking pork on medium to medium low to desired doneness, about 10-15 min on each side. Remove from pan and let pork rest on a serving platter.
  5. Place grape juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil; cook until reduced by half. Whisk in cornstarch mixture and boil until sauce thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes (sauce will thicken more as it cools). Remove sauce from heat.
  6. Whisk in balsamic vinegar to sauce.
  7. Serve with pork.
Serving Size: 4 oz pork, about 1 1/3 tablespoons sauce
