Broccoli and Chicken-Topped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 box (10 oz) Green Giant® frozen broccoli & cheese sauce
  • 2 medium baking potatoes (7 to 8 oz each)
  • 1 cup cubed cooked skinless chicken breast

Instructions

  1. Pierce potatoes several times with fork. Place on microwavable paper towel in microwave oven. Microwave on High 7 to 9 minutes or until tender, turning potatoes over and rearranging halfway through cooking. Let stand 3 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook broccoli and sauce as directed on box. Remove from pouch to microwavable bowl; stir in chicken. Microwave uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
  3. To serve, cut potatoes in half lengthwise; place on 4 individual plates. Mash potatoes slightly with fork. Spoon broccoli mixture evenly over potato halves. Enjoy!
