Feeling a bit under the weather? Sounds like you're in need of a good pick-me-up. Only this time, it isn't what the doctor ordered or prescribed but a highly nutritious tonic that will boost your immune system, cleanse your body and give your whole being a rejuvenating lift.

Juicing is one of the quickest and most delicious ways to help put your health back on track. It concentrates the nutrients found in fruits and vegetables, extracting them from fiber—a job usually undertaken by your digestive system. You would have to eat bags full of fruit and vegetables to get the same level of concentrated vitamins and nutrients in one glass.

With these powerful potions you can help combat common ailments like fatigue and the common cold—plus you can encourage your hair and nails to grow stronger, as well as possibly boost your sex life.

Just replace your morning coffee with one of these vitality-boosting juice drinks each day and you could see your energy levels soar and your skin glow with good health.
