3 sprigs parsley
2 stalks celery
1 clove garlic
Trim carrots, wash parsley, peel garlic and chop washed celery and juice all together.
Pick-Me-Up Energy Cocktail
Trim carrots and process ingredients.
Half a cucumber
Halve apricots and remove stones and process both ingredients.
1 medium apple
1 small piece of ginger
2 celery sticks
Cut apple into wedges, peel and slice ginger and process all the ingredients.
2 slices of pineapple (1 inch thick)
1/4 cup mint leaves
Sparkling mineral water
