Yes. The programme book is available in the Discover tab.

Yes. You can certainly follow the PersonalPoints Programme on WW.com - but we truly recommend downloading the WW app. You’re going to want it so that you can experience all of the amazing features PersonalPoints has to offer including:

  • More ways to earn Points. On the WW app you’ll earn Points for non-starchy veggies, plus water and activity.
  • Easier tracking. When you sync your fitness device to the WW app, any Points you earn from activity will be added to your weekly Budget automatically. Nothing for you to do!
  • The programme in your pocket. Everything you need to stay on track is literally in the palm of your hand.
  • Customisable meal plans. Choose one of our pre-made plans or create your own!
  • Recipes based on what you have on hand. You tell us what’s in your fridge, we’ll suggest delicious meals.
  • Our famous barcode scanner. A member fave! Scan a nutrition label, see the Points. So fast, so fun.

And of course you’ll still have…

  • A completely personalised food plan. Now your personal preferences (along with our weight-loss expertise) come together to create your unique food plan!
  • An updated Points® algorithm. It’s true - foods with healthy fats and fibre have gone DOWN in Points.
  • A plan tailored to you. Your weight goals, food preferences, metabolism, and even diabetes status.
  • Total flexibility. Your daily Points Budget can be rolled over into your weeklies (up to 4 a day). And you’ll have weekly Points you can dip into, any time you want.

PersonalPoints™ is the most personalised programme we’ve introduced in our history. It’s so personalised that it needs to be powered by technology to deliver the best member experience. If you don’t have any access to technology, you’re absolutely welcome to attend your weekly Workshop using the tools available to you.
