Diane Kochilas is an authority on Greek cuisine, cooking teacher, and food writer whose work has appeared in the New York Times and Saveur, and an award-winning author of 18 books about Greek cuisine. She is consulting chef at Pylos and Boukies in New York City, as well as at Avli in Chicago and Axia in New Jersey. She is a weekly food columnist for Ta Nea, Greece’s largest newspaper, and co-owner of the Glorious Greek Cooking School in Ikaria, Greece. She lives in New York City, Athens, and Ikaria, Greece.
