Rickland Orchards All Natural Greek Yogurt Bars
First there was refrigerated Greek yogurt. Then the stuff found its way into the freezer aisle. Now it's in shelf-stable form! These fruit-flavored bars have a layer of yogurt coating on the bottom (similar to the coating on yogurt-covered raisins) as well as yogurt drizzled on top. What crazy-delicious stuff'll be popping up next?! (We hear Rickland Orchards is coming out with a Greek yogurt cereal soon!)
Each bar has 160 - 170 calories, 6 - 10g fat, 19 - 22g carbs, 5g fiber, 7g protein, and a PointsPlus® value of 4 - 5.

Yoplait Greek 100
Yoplait recently reformulated its Greek yogurt, and it tastes better than ever! It also now comes in 100-calorie containers, endorsed by Weight Watchers, with the official PointsPlus value right on the label. Nice! Choose from six flavors, including Black Cherry, Key Lime, and Peach. The perfect protein-packed snack!
Each 5.3-oz. container has 100 calories, 0g fat, 10 - 14g carbs, 0g fiber, 10 - 13g protein, and a PointsPlus value of 2.

Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt
When an ice cream craving hits late at night, here's a great way to squash it quickly. These portion-controlled cups have just 100 calories each, and they come in Vanilla Bean, Raspberry, Blueberry, and Strawberry. Plus, they've got a nice amount of protein, so you're not just eating empty calories. Woohoo!
Each 4-oz. container has 100 calories, 1.5 - 2g fat, 17 - 19g carbs, <1 - 1g fiber, 4g protein, and a PointsPlus value of 3.

Yoplait Smoothie Made with Greek Yogurt
These ready-to-blend frozen smoothie packs are a much smarter option than those towering smoothies at juice bars. In Mixed Berry and Strawberry Banana Orange, each smoothie has 160 - 170 calories when prepared with 3/4 cup fat-free milk. Use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze instead to save around 30 calories. Good to know!

Oikos Organic 1 1/2% Low Fat Greek Yogurt
Were the people at Oikos unable to make up their minds about 1 or 2 percent Greek yogurt? Or maybe they worked tirelessly to find the perfect amount of fat, and it happened to fall in between? Whatever the reason for the 1 1/2 percent, this stuff is GOOD. There's a classic Plain version plus fruit-on-the-bottom varieties (Pineapple is the best!).
