Weight Watchers cheese wedgesPointsPlus® values per serving: 1
How do they jam-pack such flavor into each 1 PointsPlus value wedge of Weight Watchers cheese? The Parmesan Peppercorn tastes just as it sounds, Swiss is on the mild side, Garlic and Herb means no kissing for a while and Jalapeno Pepper has such powerful flavor that it gives the snack beast a real kick in the butt.
$2.99 – $3.99 for package. Available at Wal-Mart, Kroger, and other grocery stores.
Wasa FlatbreadPointsPlus values per serving: 2
We discovered the rosemary flavor of Wasa flatbread crackers at the Fancy Food Show in New York City. Thin and crispy, they pack in the delicious heartiness of 8-9 grams of whole grains. The rosemary is present but not overpowering. The sesame variety is just as tasty and the perfect cracker to top with one of our new favorite cheeses, or a satisfying snack to indulge in on its own! At just 2 PointsPlus values for two flatbread crackers, we would just like to say well done, Wasa.
$2.99 per box. Available at Safeway Banners, Demoula’s, A&P, Pathmark, Food Emporium and coming soon to Wal-Mart and Kroger.
BeanitosPointsPlus values per serving: 4
These unique, gluten free chips are made from either black beans or pinto beans (depending on the variety) and are loaded with more fiber than some entire bags of chips! A 4 PointsPlus values serving of Beanitos (10 large chips) has 5 grams of fiber. Taste wise, these chips were frankly polarizing. Some of us gave an enthusiastic thumbs-up behind crumby mouths while others thought they tasted a bit too "fried."
$3.95 per 6 oz bag. Available at select Whole Foods Market stores, www.snackwarehouse.com , and www.amazon.com
Kashi TLC Cranberry Walnut barsPointsPlus values per serving: 3
Kashi Cranberry Walnut bars were a bit divisive on our floor, but the taste-testers who love them are head over heels. The soft crunch of granola aligned with the chewiness of a sweet and tart cranberry jam-like coating, sprinkled with crumbled walnuts, felt like a real treat. This 3 PointsPlus value bar contains real fruit, nuts, fiber and seven whole grains, so not only is it tasty, but nutritious, too!

Simply Snackin’ Gourmet Meat SnacksPointsPlus value per serving: 1 to 2
Simply Snackin’ Gourmet Meat Snacks were universally a favorite. At just 1 or 2 PointsPlus values per package (depending on variety), it’s so filling thanks to its meatiness, and all the extra chewing satisfies our need to gnaw. It’s moister and easier to chew than other types of jerky, but still feels really substantial and is the perfect mid-afternoon snack.
$1.55 (12pc) per piece - $1.35 (150 pc); sold in 12, 24, 72 and 150 pieces. Available www.silvercreekspecialtymeats.com and at select specialty diet and nutrition clinics.
Annie Chun’s seaweed snacksPointsPlus values per serving: 1
Annie Chun’s seaweed snacks are super low on the PointsPlus values front, clocking in at 1 per serving. The texture is thin, yet crunchy, and they're jam-packed with lip-smacking umami flavors. They don’t offer much nutrition wise, so don’t expect the snack beast to be tamed for too long, but not to worry — we have one more for you.
$1.99 per package. Available at grocery stores nationwide and at AnnieChun.com.
Talenti Blood Orange SorbettoPointsPlus values per serving: 4
