Weight Watchers of The Bahamas currently hold weekly Traditional meetings on three major Islands of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, namely Nassau, Freeport and Abaco. The meeting are convenient, flexible and are held at Weight Watchers Centers. We offer twenty-two meetings per week at various locations on the Islands. New members can join at any meeting. Weight Watchers members visiting The Bahamas are welcome to our meetings.
Meetings will help you stay motivated, make new friends and receive encouragement every step of the way to your goal. Research shows that people who attend Weight Watchers meetings lose three times more weight than those who diet on their own.¹
All of our staff have successfully lost weight with the Weight Watchers Program, so they know the challenges you could go through and they'll support you every step of the way.

With life's hectic pace, both at work and in our personal lives, it can be difficult to manage to find time to pursue a weight loss dream.
The Weight Watchers At Work program can help. Many meetings are held over the lunch hour, freeing up time before and after business hours for other important a activities. It's convenient, it's easy and it's great to have the support from your fellow co-workers.

Community Meetings
 Weight Watchers could be coming to your community!
