How do I change my Payment Plan?
Your may update your Payment Plan in My profile.
- Click the My Profile link at the top of any page on the Web site. For your protection, you must log in again to access and edit My Profile because it contains personal information associated with your account such as your name, home address, email address, phone number, community public profile and additional information. Click the Account status link in the My Account box.
- Select your Payment Plan.
- Click the Save button.
- Confirm your changes and click the Save button.
If you do not click save, the change will not take effect and you will be charged at the monthly rate. You will not be charged until your renewal date. You may change your Payment Plan for the next payment period at anytime before that date.
To qualify for savings on any pre-payment plan, you must complete the full term of the plan. You will be required to manually change your Payment Plan prior to each billing if you wish to maintain the 3-month pre-pay rate.
