Such an easy cake to make and it turned out wonderfully! It was so pretty once you take it out of the mold. I changed two things thought. First, when I simmered the berries, they become sort of bitter. I may have done it for too long. So I added another pint of fresh berries at the end and it tasted great. Secondly, I thought the top of the cake was ugly without any topping, so I added a very thin layer of cool whip on top. Overall, great receipe!
