Excellent soup as is but when I want to make it heartier I add things to my individual serving. Some of the things I have added ,a beaten egg, 1/8 teaspoon of sesame seed oil, 2 oz of extra firm tofu, and shrimp.I just track the extra points.

Very tasty - and filling - has a kick. I tripled the recipe and feel like I have a backup plan for hunger now. I liked it more than the original WW vegetable soup.
