Followed the recipe exactly, but for the stock, I used half vegeable stock and the rest as chicken stock.
Yummy :) Next time I will just simmer a chunk of ginger and take it out.... chopping it in is way too much. Also added extra red pepper, fish sauce and extra veggies :))
very flavorful :-) i don't like scallops or water chestnuts so I didn't put them in. I added shrimp to the soup.
