The soup was very good even though i changed most of the ingredients. My walmart didnt have any of the fancy stuff so I had to make due. I substitued chinese cabbage and bok choy for red cabbage and regular cabbage, button mushrooms for oyster mushrooms, and white pepper for red pepper flakes. I also used oyster sauce instead of soy sauce. I will try to make as the receipe states next time but my knock off version was pretty good. I will also use more stock next time for a soupy texture.
