I think this has good flavor but does have a little bit of a bite to it with the red pepper flakes but I enjoyed the soup. Also packed with a lot of veggies and filling
Followed the recipe exactly, but for the stock, I used half vegeable stock and the rest as chicken stock.
Yummy :) Next time I will just simmer a chunk of ginger and take it out.... chopping it in is way too much. Also added extra red pepper, fish sauce and extra veggies :))
