Ingredients

1 1/2 oz frozen vegetarian sausage(s), chopped   
1 large egg(s)   
3 large egg white(s)   
1/3 cup(s) fat-free skim milk   
1 Tbsp salsa   

Instructions

  • Slightly thaw sausage. Place sausage into skillet and warm over medium heat.

  • Combine egg, egg whites and milk together. Pour over sausage; cook until eggs are no longer runny. Top with salsa.
