Ingredients

4 cup(s) packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots), with broccoli
|
|
2 large tangerine(s), seedless, peeled and segments divided
|
|
9 oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
|
|
1/2 cup(s) radishes, sliced
|
|
|
1/3 cup(s) tangerine juice, freshly squeezed or store bought
|
|
|
2 Tbsp honey mustard
|
|
1 small jalapeno pepper(s), seeded and minced
|
|
|
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
|
|
|
1/4 tsp table salt

Instructions
- Place broccoli slaw, tangerines, chicken and radishes in a large salad bowl; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad; toss to coat. Yields about 2 cups per serving.
