It's hard to believe this luscious shake is nearly fat-free. You can easily double the recipe and share some with the rest of the family.
 

Ingredients

1 cup(s) fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt   
1/4 cup(s) fat-free skim milk   
1/2 tsp instant espresso, powder   
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon   
1/4 cup(s) lite whipped topping   
2 Tbsp fat-free caramel topping   

Instructions

  • Blend yogurt, milk, espresso powder and cinnamon on high.

  • Pour into two glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped topping and 1 tablespoon caramel topping.
