Fabulous! I ate nearly half of it. Do use a kitchen mallet to crust the croutons. I used gluten-free croutons. If you don't crush them, it's like eating cardboard.
Very good recipe. I doubled the recipe for a neighborhood BBQ. The small amount leftover were even better in flavor. This is easy, tasty and filling. I used turkey bacon (it's what I had on hand) and omitted the croutons.
This was extrememly good! Even my partner loved it even though she doesn't like cream corn. Will definitely be making again.
