Excellent recipe, super easy, very tasty and low in points. What more can you ask?
I make this all the time, for myself and for parties - it's always a hit.
Couple of tips: don't overcook your shrimp, and add hot sauce for a bit more zing. (I use Cholula).
By the way, I've made this using raw shrimp and frozen.. fresh is definitely better, but frozen works in a pinch - just defrost it first, add it AFTER the tomatoes and only long enough to warm through.
