I love spaghetti squash when I need to watch my points for the day. It's very filling and hardly any points. I use a light spaghetti sauce, add mushrooms and pour it over the squash. Also, a lot faster to cut the squash in half, add a little water inside one of the halves and place other half on top. Microwave for about 10 minutes and it's ready. Great meal..just add salad. About 4 points total (with salad)!
