Puréed most of the soup per other reviewers, returning about a cup in un-puréed form. Color was off-putting - too green. Added more pepper, minced garlic, 1/2 cup fresh parley and used chicken stock instead of broth for more flavor. Used Cabot's 75% fat-free extra sharp cheddar (v low points); I thought the cheesiness factor was good but everyone else wanted more cheese so serve some shredded cheese for the non-WW crowd to add to their bowls.
