If you like broccoli, this is a good soup. I prefer mine pureed. I used swiss cheese instead of cheddar. I also added 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves, and 1/4 tsp thai chili paste. I used FF half-n-half instead of milk. I used half of the water/corn starch mixture since I didn't want the soup to be too thick. Makes a nice lunch with a salad.
