Absolutely 4 cups of water and cook for 5 minutes or more. I like to have a weight for a finished portion;saves a gooey measuring cup. Delicious, but read the reviews or you will have a mess.
This is my favorite.
4 cups of water not 4 oz. But it is the most filling and sweet and wholesome breakfast. Keeps me filling full for hours. Really like this recipe.
