A delicious lower-fat version of guacamole!
No need for a food processor (or even a blender). I used a pastry blender to mix it up. I added a bit of Tabasco for heat. Next time I will also add green onions.
This turned out really well for me! I didn't put cilantro in my dip because I didn't have any and only used half a tomato because I'm not a fan of tomatoes. My brother suggested putting curry powder in it, I only put it on one of my chips with the guacamole just to try it and it actually wasn't bad! So for all of you that like curry powder, I would suggest seeing if that works for you! I just don't think I could eat a whole serving with curry powder in it.
I use one avocado, and half of 1 can of beans & med size tomato/dill, salt, pepper, parsley and 2 tbs. of lime juice. Yummy Yummy :)
