one of my most favorite quick lunch meals!
I enjoyed this. Quick and easy to make. I added sprouts for more crunch and used flavored hummus.
This is a very filling lunch for only 3 points. I did substitute watercress for baby spinach.
I like this lunch item a lot. It filled me up and I added lots of lettuce for that crunchiness I wanted. I was thinking maybe getting some flavored hummus next time.
