Delicious! We used light cranberry and pomegranate juice and substituted some raspberries for one of the apples.
I added a few fresh basil leaves, and used diet cranberry pomegranate juice. yummy!
Served at a summer luncheon. Very refreshing and easy to make. I added an orange sliced and a sliced lime and cut it down to 1 apple chopped. Nice mix of fruit.
Everyone loved it it was a big success
