Delicious! Served this as dessert for Thanksgiving.
Wonderful for my coconut-loving husband! I used 8 individual pie shells and had lots of filling left over. I cooked the filling in a double boiler. ... Next time, I'll leave out the coconut and add cocoa to the filling for chocolate cream pie.
I replaced 1tbsp flour with 2 tsp corn starch and substituted 1/4 cup Splenda Blend for sugar. Good consistency and not too sweet
