Totally yummy! I used 1/4 cornstarch and 1/4 flour to replace the 1/2 flour. Much better consistency that way. Don't miss all the fat at all. Next time will try in mini-tarts or as a pudding w/o the crust.

This dessert is excellent. Doesn't taste light at all! The PP value is a little high, but worth it for a splurge.
