These turned out really good! At first when all the ingredients were in the pan, I thought they were going to turn out too "liquidy". However, as you cook it, the sauce thickens. The full 30 minutes wasn't necessary. 20-25 minutes and then add the corn so you don't overcook. We added diced green chili's for an extra bite. Love WW recipes! Also, this doesn't tell you how much per serving. I measured it out before I served and it is about 1/2 cup per serving to make 8 servings.
