I love this soup - it's great comfort food on a cold day. I like to add a lot of garlic and onion to it, then finish it with a squeeze of fresh lemon right before eating it.
easy and healthy. In no time dinner was done. Just know to double the batch next time for leftovers. :)
I thought the taste was very good.
Very easy and very flavorful. I only used 1 tsp of cumin because I don't love it. The soup has sort of a curry flavor. I might try using curry powder next time. I used an immersion blender and it worked perfectly.
