It was delish, my whole family ate. I had a few substitutions for ingredients on hand: used ham not bacon, used fat free cottage cheese (used blender to break up clumps), used whole wheat pasta. I also added veggies (mushrooms & peas). Follow the directions and DO NOT boil 'cream sauce' but warm it all up together- I used very low heat for maybe 5-7 min and my texture was pretty good. Not like a full fat version but def good and satisfying.
