This is a great recipe. Quick and easy, I make this all the time. I sometimes substitute 1 can of diced tomatoes if I don't have fresh ones handy. And I add a couple of celery stalks, diced and I use a jalapeno pepper instead of green pepper. Recipe says 1 cup serving, 6 servings but I find I get almost 2 cups per serving. Try this, you'll love it!
