I sub'd lean ground beef & ground turkey for the meats and it was delicious...and very easy!
I didn't have veal but used lowfat ground pork. This was delicious. Save a portion and add to a bowl of pho noodle soup for a 5 minute dinner.
I doubled the recipe, weighed the total once done and then divided by the number of portions (8). I figured the portion size to be
