The gingerbread was nice an moist. As oven temperatures vary, I only baked it for about 35 mnutes. Next time, I will add additional ginger and molasses to get a more indepth spicy flavor.
This was very good,. As suggested in the recipe I added the cloves and cinnamon and as a poster suggested I put in 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce. It was done in 25 minutes so start watching it at 20 minutes.
Yum. I used plain fat-free yogurt instead of buttermilk. Baked for 25 min.
I added the w.pepper/cloves/cinnamon as extra as suggested and I loved the flavors all rolled up in one yummie gingerbread. I will definitely make this again and freeze..
